Welcome to Hope & Craft Creations LLC.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products or services from Hope & Craft Creations LLC.
By accessing our website, placing an order, submitting personalization information, uploading artwork or photographs, approving a design proof, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. ABOUT HOPE & CRAFT CREATIONS LLC
Hope & Craft Creations LLC is a Florida business located in Minneola, Lake County, Florida.
We create and sell personalized, custom-made, engraved, printed, handcrafted, and 3D-printed products.
Our products may include, but are not limited to, custom apparel and T-shirts, tumblers, mugs and cups, keychains, hats and caps, medical alert bracelets and accessories, balloons, coasters, cutting boards, personalized gifts, 3D-printed organizers, holders, accessories and keychains, Type 1 diabetes awareness products, engraved products, and other custom-designed merchandise.
Because many of our products are created specifically for an individual customer, special terms apply to personalized and custom-made products.
2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order does not automatically guarantee that the order will be accepted.
Hope & Craft Creations LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or place an order on hold when reasonably necessary.
This may include situations involving payment problems or suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or website errors, unavailable materials or products, production limitations, requests involving unlawful or inappropriate content, possible intellectual property violations, or orders that cannot reasonably or safely be produced.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and the product has not been completed, we will refund the applicable amount paid for the canceled portion of the order.
3. PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ORDERS
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information submitted with a personalized or custom order.
This includes names, initials, dates, spelling, capitalization, numbers, medical information, colors, sizes, photographs, logos, artwork, designs, wording, quantities, shipping information, personalization instructions, and any other information submitted for production.
Hope & Craft Creations LLC will produce personalized products based on the information provided or approved by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate before production begins.
An error made by the customer when submitting personalization information is not considered a manufacturing defect.
4. DESIGN PROOFS AND CUSTOMER APPROVAL
For certain custom orders, Hope & Craft Creations LLC may provide a digital proof, preview, mockup, sample, or other design approval before production.
The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing spelling, names, dates, numbers, medical information, artwork placement, design layout, colors, product selection, and all other personalized details before approving the proof.
Once a customer approves a proof, Hope & Craft Creations LLC may begin production based on that approval.
Errors that were visible in an approved proof and approved by the customer are considered customer-approved errors and are not considered production defects.
5. CUSTOMER PERSONALIZATION MISTAKES
We understand that mistakes sometimes happen.
If a customer provides incorrect personalization information, such as an incorrect name, spelling, date, number, size, design, medical detail, or other information, Hope & Craft Creations LLC is not required to replace or refund the product.
However, as a customer-service courtesy, we may offer the customer a 20% discount toward the purchase of a replacement of the same or substantially similar product.
The customer will normally be responsible for the remaining cost of the replacement product, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any additional customization charges.
The 20% courtesy replacement discount applies only to eligible customer mistakes, is not redeemable for cash, and eligibility is determined by Hope & Craft Creations LLC.
6. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Customers should contact us immediately if they need to change or cancel an order.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist when production has not yet begun.
Because custom products are often made specifically for one customer, an order may no longer be changed or canceled after production begins.
Production may be considered started when engraving, printing, embroidery, cutting, 3D printing, personalization, custom artwork preparation, ordering special materials, assembly, or another irreversible production process has begun.
Once production has begun, payment may be non-refundable except where required by law or where Hope & Craft Creations LLC made a material error.
7. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS ARE GENERALLY FINAL SALE
Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for each customer, they generally cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded because of a change of mind, customer preference, incorrect information submitted by the customer, incorrect size or color selected by the customer, an approved design that the customer later decides they do not like, failure to carefully review a design proof, or another customer-submitted error.
This does not affect your rights if Hope & Craft Creations LLC makes an error or if a product is materially defective.
8. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Hope & Craft Creations LLC stands behind errors caused by our business.
If a product arrives materially damaged, defective, incorrectly personalized because of our mistake, or materially different from the approved order, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.
We may request your order information, photographs of the product, photographs showing the defect or damage, photographs of the packaging and shipping label, or other information reasonably necessary to review the claim.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include replacement, repair, correction, partial refund, full refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution.
Customers should not discard damaged merchandise or packaging until the claim has been resolved.
9. NATURAL AND HANDMADE PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Many Hope & Craft Creations LLC products are handmade, engraved, printed, laser engraved, customized, or created from natural materials.
Wood products may naturally vary in grain, shade, knots, texture, pattern, and engraving appearance.
Slate and stone products may naturally vary in shape, surface pattern, edge texture, thickness, color, and engraving results.
3D-printed products may contain visible layer lines, small surface variations, minor texture differences, color differences between material batches, and other normal characteristics of 3D printing.
Printed, embroidered, engraved, handmade, and personalized products may also contain small differences in placement, alignment, color, texture, or appearance.
Reasonable variations resulting from natural materials or normal production processes are not considered defects.
10. COLORS AND WEBSITE PHOTOGRAPHS
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately.
However, colors may appear differently depending on phone screens, computer monitors, tablets, lighting, photography, printer settings, material batches, and production methods.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee that every product color will exactly match the color displayed on a customer’s screen.
Minor color differences are not considered defects.
11. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED PHOTOGRAPHS, ARTWORK, LOGOS, AND DESIGNS
When a customer submits a photograph, logo, artwork, graphic, phrase, trademark, design, image, or other content, the customer represents that they own the content or have permission or legal authority to use it.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights.
By submitting content for a custom order, the customer grants Hope & Craft Creations LLC permission to reproduce, resize, crop, convert, adjust, engrave, print, embroider, or otherwise process that content as reasonably necessary to produce the customer’s order.
This permission does not transfer ownership of the customer’s original content to Hope & Craft Creations LLC.
12. DESIGN AND PRODUCTION ADJUSTMENTS
Some production methods require minor technical modifications.
Hope & Craft Creations LLC may make reasonable technical adjustments such as resizing, cropping, repositioning, converting file formats, adjusting image resolution, removing unnecessary backgrounds, simplifying details that cannot reasonably be reproduced, adjusting placement for engraving or printing, or making other minor production-related modifications.
If a change would significantly alter the customer’s requested design, we may request customer approval before production.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF HOPE & CRAFT CREATIONS LLC
Unless otherwise stated, original materials created by Hope & Craft Creations LLC remain the property of Hope & Craft Creations LLC.
This may include original artwork, original designs, product photographs, website graphics, logos, branding, product descriptions, templates, digital designs, 3D models, production files, marketing materials, and website layouts.
Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying design, digital file, template, production file, 3D model, or other intellectual property used to create the product.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, distribute, commercially exploit, or represent our original materials as their own without permission.
14. THIRD-PARTY BRAND NAMES AND PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY
Some Hope & Craft Creations LLC products may be designed to organize, hold, complement, or be compatible with products manufactured by other companies.
References to third-party product names or trademarks may be used solely to describe compatibility or intended use.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Hope & Craft Creations LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by those third-party companies.
All third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
Customers are responsible for confirming that a holder, organizer, accessory, or other custom product is compatible with the exact model or device they intend to use.
15. PRICES
Prices may change from time to time without notice.
The price charged for an order will generally be the price shown when the order is submitted.
Hope & Craft Creations LLC reserves the right to correct obvious pricing, typographical, or technical errors.
If an obvious pricing error affects an order, we may contact the customer before production to provide the correct price or cancel and refund the affected order.
16. PAYMENT
Payment may be required in full before production begins.
Depending on the website and payment method used, transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers.
Applicable taxes, shipping fees, customization charges, rush charges, or other charges will be shown when applicable.
17. SALES, DISCOUNTS, AND PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotions, coupons, sales, referral offers, and discount codes may have additional restrictions.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Promotions may apply only to eligible products and may have expiration dates.
Hope & Craft Creations LLC may modify or discontinue a promotion before an order is placed.
18. PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING TIMES
Production time and shipping time are separate.
Custom products require time to design, personalize, manufacture, engrave, print, assemble, package, or otherwise prepare.
Estimated processing times are provided as estimates unless Hope & Craft Creations LLC expressly guarantees a date in writing.
Production may be affected by order volume, product complexity, material availability, equipment issues, supply delays, holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, or other unexpected circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.
19. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Hope & Craft Creations LLC is not responsible for delays or additional expenses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, or similar customer-related issue, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is reshipped.
Shipping estimates provided by carriers are generally estimates unless the carrier expressly guarantees the delivery service.
20. SHIPPING DELAYS
Once a package has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside the control of Hope & Craft Creations LLC.
These may include weather, carrier delays, transportation interruptions, holiday volume, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Hope & Craft Creations LLC will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with carrier-related issues but cannot guarantee carrier performance.
21. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES
If a package appears to be lost, customers should contact us promptly.
We may work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
When tracking information shows that a package was delivered, the carrier’s delivery confirmation may be used as evidence of delivery.
Customers may be asked to check around the delivery location, check with household members or neighbors, contact the carrier, or allow time for a carrier investigation.
Hope & Craft Creations LLC will review lost-package situations individually and will provide remedies when required by applicable law.
22. MEDICAL ALERT PRODUCTS
Hope & Craft Creations LLC may sell medical alert bracelets, tags, organizers, accessories, and Type 1 diabetes-related merchandise.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all medical information submitted for engraving or printing is accurate, current, correctly spelled, and appropriate for the intended wearer.
Hope & Craft Creations LLC cannot guarantee that a healthcare professional, emergency responder, caregiver, teacher, school employee, or other person will notice, read, understand, interpret, or rely upon a medical alert product.
Medical alert merchandise sold by Hope & Craft Creations LLC is not a substitute for professional medical advice, emergency medical treatment, prescribed medical equipment, medical monitoring equipment, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency services, or another medically appropriate identification system.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, our products are not medical devices.
23. TYPE 1 DIABETES PRODUCTS
Hope & Craft Creations LLC may sell Type 1 diabetes awareness merchandise, organizers, apparel, bracelets, accessories, keychains, balloons, and other T1D-related products.
These products are intended for personalization, organization, identification, awareness, gifting, or decorative purposes.
Nothing printed, engraved, displayed, or sold by Hope & Craft Creations LLC constitutes medical advice or medical treatment.
Customers should rely on qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.
24. 3D-PRINTED PRODUCTS
Hope & Craft Creations LLC may produce 3D-printed organizers, holders, keychains, accessories, storage products, decorative items, and other products.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, these products are not medical devices.
3D-printed products may naturally contain visible layer lines, small surface marks, minor texture variations, and other normal characteristics of additive manufacturing.
Customers are responsible for using products only for their intended purpose.
Customers should discontinue use of any product that becomes cracked, damaged, excessively worn, or unsafe.
25. PRODUCT FIT AND DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
When a product is designed to fit another object, electronic device, medical accessory, container, or piece of equipment, customers are responsible for selecting the correct model or providing accurate measurements.
A product made according to measurements or model information supplied by the customer is not considered defective solely because incorrect information was supplied.
If Hope & Craft Creations LLC made the product incorrectly despite receiving accurate information, we will review the matter under our defective-product policy.
26. BALLOON SAFETY
Balloons are decorative products and must be used responsibly.
Uninflated balloons and broken balloon pieces may present a choking or suffocation hazard.
Children should use balloons only with appropriate adult supervision.
Broken balloons should be discarded immediately.
Customers should follow all warnings and instructions supplied by the balloon manufacturer.
27. CUTTING BOARDS, CUPS, MUGS, TUMBLERS, AND FOOD-CONTACT PRODUCTS
Customers should follow all product-specific care instructions provided with food-contact products.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, customers should not assume that a customized product is dishwasher safe, microwave safe, oven safe, freezer safe, suitable for extreme heat, or suitable for commercial food-service use.
If a product has special washing or care instructions, failure to follow those instructions may damage engraving, coatings, personalization, or materials.
Damage caused by improper care is not considered a manufacturing defect.
28. APPAREL
Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information before ordering personalized apparel.
Sizing may vary between manufacturers and clothing styles.
A properly produced personalized garment is generally not eligible for return solely because the customer selected the wrong size.
If Hope & Craft Creations LLC ships a size different from the size ordered, we will correct the error.
29. PRODUCT CARE
Customers are responsible for following any care instructions supplied with their products.
Improper washing, cleaning, heating, cooling, exposure to sunlight, exposure to chemicals, dishwasher use, microwave use, outdoor exposure, storage, handling, or modification may damage certain products.
Damage caused by improper use or care is not considered a manufacturing defect.
30. PRODUCT SAFETY AND PROPER USE
Products should be used only for their intended purpose.
Customers are responsible for following safety instructions, following care instructions, using appropriate adult supervision where necessary, inspecting products for damage, and discontinuing use of products that become damaged or unsafe.
Hope & Craft Creations LLC is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, improper care, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not reasonably designed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
31. WEBSITE INFORMATION
Hope & Craft Creations LLC makes reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate.
However, occasional errors may occur involving product descriptions, prices, photographs, availability, measurements, colors, technical information, or typographical information.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update website information.
32. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee that our website will always operate without interruption.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, software updates, hosting issues, internet disruptions, security issues, technical problems, or events outside our reasonable control.
33. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may contain links to or use services provided by third parties.
These may include payment processors, shipping companies, social media services, website hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, and other service providers.
Third-party companies operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and business practices.
Hope & Craft Creations LLC is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.
34. REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
Customers may voluntarily submit reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, comments, or other feedback.
Submission of private order photographs for production does not automatically give Hope & Craft Creations LLC permission to publicly advertise those photographs.
If we wish to use identifiable customer-provided content for marketing where additional permission is appropriate, we may request authorization.
35. PROHIBITED USE
Customers may not use our website, services, or custom-production capabilities for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Prohibited activities include attempting to violate copyright or trademark rights, commit fraud, upload malicious software, interfere with website security, gain unauthorized access to systems, submit illegal content, use another person’s image or intellectual property without required permission, impersonate another person, or engage in abusive or threatening conduct.
Hope & Craft Creations LLC may refuse service when we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.
36. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUBMITTED MATERIALS
To the extent permitted by law, customers agree to be responsible for third-party claims resulting from materials they provided to Hope & Craft Creations LLC when the customer did not have the required rights or permission to use those materials.
This may include claims involving unauthorized copyrighted artwork, trademarks, photographs, logos, images, designs, or other protected material.
This provision does not apply to claims resulting from the independent wrongful conduct of Hope & Craft Creations LLC.
37. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Hope & Craft Creations LLC will honor warranties and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Except for those rights and any express guarantees specifically provided by us, products and website services are provided subject to these Terms and applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
38. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hope & Craft Creations LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or products.
Where liability may legally be limited, the aggregate liability of Hope & Craft Creations LLC relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid to Hope & Craft Creations LLC for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section limits liability where applicable law does not permit such limitation.
39. PRIVACY
Our collection, storage, and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Customers should review the Privacy Policy together with these Terms & Conditions.
40. AGE AND AUTHORITY TO ORDER
By placing an order, the customer represents that they have the legal authority to enter into the transaction or that they are purchasing with appropriate authorization where required.
Parents or guardians are responsible for orders placed on behalf of minors.
41. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
42. VENUE
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal action relating to these Terms, an order, or a transaction with Hope & Craft Creations LLC that is not otherwise required by law to be brought elsewhere will be brought in an appropriate court having jurisdiction in Lake County, Florida.
43. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
44. NO WAIVER
If Hope & Craft Creations LLC does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean that we waive our right to enforce that provision later.
45. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Hope & Craft Creations LLC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Customers should review the Terms periodically.
46. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms & Conditions, together with our applicable Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, and any product-specific terms shown during checkout, constitute the agreement between the customer and Hope & Craft Creations LLC regarding purchases made through our website.
If a product page contains additional terms that specifically apply to that product, those terms will also apply.
